Dr. Lashena Jackson, DNP, is a doctorate-prepared nurse practitioner with over 14 years of clinical experience. She leads with a servant’s heart, turning barriers into breakthroughs. Dr. Jackson is dedicated to advancing health equity for everyone; ensuring dignity and "Whole Person" care.

With over 30 years of experience in corporate and higher education, Rosalind Lopez brings a wealth of expertise in business and accounting to CRC. She is committed to fiscal stability and strategic oversight, ensuring the responsible stewardship of resources. Her leadership safeguards CRC’s financial health to support sustainable growth.

Patricia is CRC’s Director of Corporate Compliance, Quality Improvement, and Program Supervisor for Mental Health and Case Management. With 30+ years in behavioral health, she holds an MBA from Rollins College and is a Certified Prevention Specialist. She ensures CRC maintains elite standards of care.

Stanley Twiggs serves as Director of Operations and Co-Founder of Community Rehabilitation Center (CRC). A U.S. Navy veteran with decades of experience in business management and community affairs, he ensures CRC programs operate with excellence, care, and integrity, serving Jacksonville Always.

With 17 years of experience in the fields of substance use disorders, prevention, case management, and re-entry services, Kristen Smith Williams is a dedicated leader in the non-profit sector. Currently serving as the VP of the Matrix House Program at CRC. Her passion for change drives her unwavering commitment to making a positive impact in her community.

Dr. Carlos Torrellas, MD, is a psychiatrist in Jacksonville specializing in mood disorders and anxiety. By merging modern neuroscience with holistic care, he delivers evidence-based, personalized treatment plans focused on building emotional resilience and long-term psychological growth.

Shannon Denson is HR Director with over 10 years of experience in talent management & employee relations. Holding a Master’s in HR Development, she leads with a servant’s heart. She is dedicated to fostering breakthroughs and ensuring every team member is treated with dignity and "Whole Person" care.

As a licensed Florida therapist, I specialize in helping individuals navigate complex emotional landscapes. My practice provides a compassionate, evidence-based space to address anxiety, addiction, and life transitions, fostering the resilience and self-understanding. She's dedicated to walking alongside you on your journey toward healing and lasting change.

Armand Twigg has supported Community Rehabilitation Center since 1996, bringing decades of technical expertise and institutional knowledge. As an Electronic Health Records administrator and developer, he manages CRC’s IT infrastructure, trains staff, and ensures systems run efficiently to support daily operations.
