Stanley Twiggs is the Director of Operations and Co-Founder of Community Rehabilitation Center (CRC), where he brings decades of experience in business management, operations, and community engagement. A steady leader behind the scenes, Stanley helps ensure that CRC’s mission-driven services are delivered with efficiency, compassion, and consistency.
Stanley attended Manhattan Community College, where he earned an Associate Degree in Liberal Arts, and proudly served his country in the United States Navy. His military service and professional background have shaped a leadership style grounded in discipline, accountability, and service to others.
Based in Jacksonville, Stanley lives with his wife and family and remains actively involved in the day-to-day life of CRC. In addition to overseeing operations, he coordinates hot food preparation and community meal distribution at CRC-hosted events alongside CRC President Reginald Gaffney—further reflecting his hands-on commitment to dignity, care, and community connection.
