For over three decades, Patricia has been a dedicated leader in the field of behavioral health and rehabilitation services. In her current capacity at the Community Rehabilitation Center (CRC), she holds multiple critical leadership roles, including Director of Corporate Compliance and Quality Improvement, Program Supervisor for Mental Health and Case Management, and Clinical Program Manager for Children’s Behavioral Services.
Patricia’s career is defined by a commitment to clinical precision and organizational excellence. She earned her undergraduate degree from Tennessee State University, followed by a Master’s in Business Administration from the Rollins College School of Business. This unique blend of clinical knowledge and business acumen allows her to effectively bridge the gap between high-level operational compliance and patient-centered care.
Beyond her academic achievements, Patricia is a Certified Prevention Specialist in the field of substance abuse, reflecting her deep expertise in addressing the root causes of addiction. At CRC, she is instrumental in upholding the organization’s CARF-accredited standards, ensuring that every program—from children’s behavioral services to adult mental health case management—operates with the highest level of accountability and compassion. Patricia’s long-standing dedication to the field continues to shape the "Whole Person" medical home model that defines CRC’s legacy in Jacksonville, ensuring that patients receive not only the support they need today but a clear, evidence-based path to lasting recovery.
